Application process

  • Application Review

    Congrats, you’ve taken your first step towards working at Trov! You’ve just received a thank you email confirming you successfully applied for a job at Trov. We’re busy reviewing your application and we’ll reach out to you whether it’s a fit or not. Promise.

  • Initial Screen

    Next, you’ll sit down with a Trover over the phone or on a video call so we can learn more about you and your experience. We’ll share more about our story, too. Pro tip: We like when candidates explore our content and website before the call.

  • Interview Process

    Now we start diving deeper into your unique set of skills. If you’re local, we’ll invite you into one of our offices so you can connect with some of our team members and check out our digs! For technical candidates, you’ll receive a take-home assignment to complete. Once you submit it, we’ll ask you to discuss your work with us so we can learn more about your thinking and technical understanding.

  • Final Interview

    The final stretch! At this stage, you’ll participate in a final interview with our leadership team. They’ll look to be certain you’re the right fit and address any last questions you or we might have.

  • Reference Check

    To round out the interviewing process, we’re big fans of learning from past colleagues and managers about what you’re like to work with. Another reason we do this is so that we can make Trov the best possible fit for you!

  • Offer Letter

    This is the part we enjoy most — we get to ink our official offer to you and extend a warm welcome to the team. Also, you’ll receive lots of helpful information about our perks, benefits, and life at Trov.

  • Onboarding

    You made it! We set you up with everything you need to settle in and succeed, including your pay portal, gear, desk, Trov email, and Slack access to ask as many questions as you need to feel at home.
